What we collect, and why.

School XI is a student-focused platform in development, part of the XI ecosystem. This website exists to describe what we are building and to let you register interest in early access.

School XI is currently operated by Alex Nocerino, an individual based in New York, United States. For questions about how personal information is collected, used, stored, or deleted, contact privacy@schoolxi.com. For anything else, contact@schoolxi.com.

The early-access list is intended for students in the United States aged 13 and over. Before you join, the form asks whether you are under 13 or 13 and older. We use that answer only to decide whether the form can be submitted. We do not store it, and we do not ask for a birthday or an exact age.

If you are under 13, you cannot join the list. A parent or guardian is welcome to write to us at contact@schoolxi.com. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Because this list is for students, some of whom are under 18, we apply the same protections to every registration: we collect only what the waitlist needs, we do not sell or share it for advertising, we do not use it to build profiles or target content, and we delete it on the schedule below.

• Email address (required), so we can tell you when early access opens.
• School name (optional), to understand where interest is concentrated. You can leave this blank.
• Ambassador Program interest (optional), a yes or no.
• The time you signed up and the version of this notice you agreed to.

That is the whole record. There is no account, password, or profile. We do not ask for your name, birthday, phone number, grade, or location, and we ask you not to include personal details about other people.

• If you expressed interest in the Ambassador Program, to contact you about applications, selection, early access, and the proposed three complimentary months of School XI Pro for selected ambassadors. Expressing interest does not enrol you in anything, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.
• To plan where and how to launch.

We do not send marketing newsletters from this list, and we do not sell or rent your information. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

We have not yet sent any email to this list. Before we send anything in bulk, we will set up a sending service and a working way to unsubscribe, and every message will include it. Until then, the only email you may receive is a direct reply from a person if you write to us.

Mail sent to our addresses is routed by Cloudflare and delivered to a mailbox provided by Google, so your messages to us are handled by those services.

To keep automated abuse off the signup form we use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser and connection in order to tell people from bots; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details. For rate limiting we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to an hour, separately from your registration; the address itself is not stored. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short-lived request logs for security and debugging that may include your IP address; we do not use them to identify you.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts.

Registrations are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States, and the website is served by Cloudflare. Both act as our processors and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments. Access to registrations is restricted to the people operating School XI.

We keep your registration for 12 months from the date you signed up, then delete it, unless you have joined early access under a separately disclosed privacy arrangement by then or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. If you ask us to delete your registration sooner, we will, once we have confirmed the request came from the address on file.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@schoolxi.com from the address you registered with. We will respond as quickly as we can, and within any timeframe the law requires.

When School XI launches, this notice will be replaced by a fuller privacy policy covering the product itself. Changes will be posted here with a new date. Once we have an email sending system in place, we will also email the list about any material change.
